controversy can be a helpful, but dangerous, marketing tool. Done properly it can create a lot of growth for your business, done wrong it can cause you a massive decline, if not the total loss of your business.

Being an entrepreneur in and of itself is dangerous. We risk much for a great reward and freedom.

Entrepreneurs play a key role in the overall economy, building wealth, bringing innovation and creating jobs just to name a few. These are important and powerful things for society as a whole.

This is a very important question that I have found forms a large part of peoples world view. This one even bleeds into many aspects of our life, how we run our business, how we choose our career, how we handle our finances and even how we make political choices.

Welcome back to my “Secondary Powers” series. Today I will be addressing a very dirty word. I hope this episode does not get flagged….

Today’s core trait, or "Secondary Power", as it were, is to have a teachable spirit. In life and especially business its vital to continue to learn and grow every day. This is not just sitting idle and being willing to learn when lessons come your way, but active pursuit of growth and knowledge. As simple as this may seem, it actually pretty easy to become complacent, and or overconfident about the knowledge you already have.

In order to develop your determination, you need to make the choice, deep down to succeed, to not give up to not quit. It is a daily choice.

You found your passion,and your going to take a leap of faith, and start your new business idea, and this is your primary superpower.

As long as you are drawing air, it is not too late to find success and happiness in life.

You need to know who you are and how you got here.
