The Five Whys

Sometimes we do something and do not realize there is a name for it. The 5 whys technique is a great example of this. It is just asking a string of why questions to find the answer needed. I have often used this in troubleshooting but never thought about it in-depth and never realized all the potential uses in all areas of life.
