What are you really selling

It is often easy to confuse the product or service you do, with what you are really selling. For example, I do not really sell balloon decor, I sell the experience and atmosphere my decor creates, and I sell joy to the kids I make balloons for. If you know what you really sell, it makes it a lot easier to adapt to changes that may come your way.
