Creating an educational ad campaign for your business

When we first make the decision that we are going to open our own business and start a company it is because we believe that there is a market for the service that we are going to provide. We go all in; we rent/buy the space needed. We create an amazing website, we buy all the equipment needed; make our business clean and presentable, we open the doors and prepare ourselves for the flood of customers that are about to come in. The customers may start to come in, or they may not. For most small businesses the latter is true. The customers don’t start flowing in like we thought. Maybe it’s a small trickle at first, a customer drives by and sees your new business open, or you get a referral from a couple of your customers that you brought in. If you offer a great service, this may help your business start a small steady flow of new customers in the door. However, if you enjoy that nice and slow growth go ahead and stick with that plan.

If you want to reach out to a group of people that may not even know that you exist, or don’t have a clue what it is exactly you offer you must create an educational ad campaign. Create multiple videos on exactly what you do. First start with who, what, when, where and why. Right there you can have 5 different pieces of content to put out. From there you can really delve into the details of your business and what it does. Don’t worry about the length of the videos, just get them recorded and get them out there. Once you have your base set of videos uploaded to you site on what exactly your business is and what you offer, then create the ad that you are going to post on the social media websites. Make it straight forward a summarized version of the videos that you made.

By creating an educational ad campaign for your business your able to reach out to potential clients that may have never even considered your services before. If you need help creating this ad campaign reach out to me.
